Entry: Renaissance? 5.6.2005

Hey...again!

Is this the rebirth of my blog? I am just not sure, but I am sure that I'm in the mood to write. About my life the past few days. I don't know why, some sort of catharsis I'm sure, but nonetheless going to write. Plus, summer is just around the corner and I would like to have this available for writing then. So, after 3 tries at passwords for this thing (I can't even remember my own password), I am re-entering the life of blog.

So, lately things have been stressful. No lie--I made a list of the things that stress me out, partially because I want to be able to cross them out. All you listers out there know what I am talking about...just own up to it already. Anyways, recently I've been able to cross off "did I get into North Choir?" because I did! Yay!

Choir in general has been extremely awesome lately, especially today. Instead of singing, we sat outside in the gorgeous sun and talked. We also attempted, or so Aamot wanted, to make poetry. It sort of work...haha. Then we played the good ol' game of telephone...yes, the same one you would play as you sat around the lunch table in 2nd grade. It started out as something like "If I was a mexican hat dancer, I would go on the tables and dance." However, Aamot, in the end said, "If I was a mexican polar bear, I'd eat tacos and dance." I guess the weird part is that I heard "If I was a pole dancer, I'd eat tacos and dance." Haha.

What else is on there....the list I mean. Well, I have already taken 2 AP history tests this week, and our final is on Monday. I can tell you then I am definately excited for the hard part of this class to be over...it's been rough! I think I did okay today on the AP substitute, but Monday is going to be atleast 160 questions--no fun! I've been studying a lot, so I hope that pays off.

Lastly, NHS. I am running for NHS president. We will not know the results for this election until Thursday of next week, even though voting started a while ago. I don't know if I'll get it or not, but we'll see! I sure hope so, I love leadership things like this!

Just a little bit ago I went to Taco Bell--best food ever. So cheap, yet so delicious. David, Matt, and I hit up T-bell for some great food after school, because Matt is home for the weekend. That's pretty cool, I love how the guys are when they are together (even though there is a lot I don't see...and never want to..) because they are funny. It was good to see Matt again and eat Taco Bell. Also, on the way out, I drove my car over the curby thing with the gravel in it...I don't think that was too great for my car, but everything seems okay!

That should be good enough for now, I have to go babysit pretty soon. Have a good night!

Lo
